Another semester, another article! Read our article for some enlightenment in the cold season we're stepping into

What do we do?

The leadership is what binds the bureaucracy with the practical execution of Hackerspace. We write emails, keep score of the economic situation, plan meetings, order pizza and much more. But much more importantly we are the people who try to fulfill your, the members, wishes as to what you want Hackerspace to be.

Who are we?

The leadership consists of our supreme leader: Eskild Sæther, deputy leader: Inger Luna Svihus and our head of economy: Aleksandra Grålumstuen (still also known as Alex). The publicly elected trinity that keeps peace in Hackerspace. From each our parts of Norway we have come together to lead this beautiful organization.

What have we done?

During our leadership there has been quite a lot of changes, and here we will try to summarize some of the more notable ones:

We have two new project groups: Project:TTRPG which are making a tabletop roleplaying game, and project:game who are making a new game! We are very excited to see how they will turn out.

We have quite a few new members, lost some older ones, and gotten back some even older ones from retirement. In addition to the members we had from before, we have gotten quite a good gang! Maybe we will pass on the torch of leadership to one of them in february?

We have had some exciting events under the direction of LabOps. A spooky halloween-workshop in collaboration with Make NTNU, a riveting go-kart evening, enlightening courses in what-not and will hopefully have a very tidy workshop cleaning.

With all of this in mind we would like to thank all of you members for these wonderful semesters.
